Marathon sunglasses

High-performance sunglasses made for runners, by runners.

We know running sunglasses.  We've run using lots of different pairs in order to find out what works - and what doesn't.

We used these critiques to create our own custom designs that bring you all the best features we've in running eyewear, including:

• No-bounce design. Our glasses have rubber temple inserts, use lightweight TR-90 plastic, and have a wrap-around design to prevent the annoying bouncing on your nose as you run.
• UV-400 protection.  This protects your eyes against both UVA and UVB rays.  Remember - this is just as important in the winter as in the summer!
• Anti-fog coating.  Have you ever walked out into the cold winter morning and not been able to see for the first 1/2 mile?  Or had your glasses start to fog up in the summer as the outside humidity varies and your body sweats?  That can definitely be dangerous when running on narrow country roads, and our anti-fog coating helps prevent this danger.
• Shatterproof polycarbonate lenses.  Hopefully you'll never take a fall.  But if you do, your sunglasses won't be a danger to your eyes.  Our shatterproof lenses will take the beating right along with you.
• Scratch resistant.  Yup, running & cycling makes you sweat - which means you're constantly cleaning your glasses.  And often with less-than-soft cloth.  Our outer scratch resistant coating will resist the scratching that comes from constant cleaning.
• Optically correct de-centered lenses.  This shifts the optical 'sweet spot' of each lens from the geometric center (or mid-point of the lens) to the optical center directly in front of the eye.

Our Marathon sunglasses are all printed with 26.2 on the temples, so you can show your bragging rights for having run one or more marathons.
